Your reservation should contain the following information:

Date, time, route, name of group, number of persons, nationality and language of the visitors.

The guide of each group with a reservation has to check in at the cash office of the monastery 15 minutes before the beginning of the tour and buy tickets. If not, the group loses its right to a priority tour.
